In Dim 1, I have to design a short animation. I found a website that introduced me useful information about flash tips. I think that this site is very helpful especially with those who need flash skills - like me... :) You can learn flash tips online or you can get a weekly tutorial. This site will automatically sent you an email to inform you new tips every week so you can update your flash skill. Hope that all of you will find it helpful...
